She incorporates Swedish massage to loosen and warm the muscle tissue and to provide relief and relaxation to your body and mind. If muscle tension lies below then she massages the specific pain areas using deep tissue massage and Myofacial Release techniques. For chronic and specific pain issues Suzanne incorporates Trigger Point Therapy, which is very effective in releasing “knots” or contractions. This therapy can relieve pain from injury and provide relief from chronic headaches, migraines and any joint pain.
